Warrior NUN RUN
Like many things in our fandom, one comment can inspire an event. And less than two weeks ago, a “been out running” tweet turned into the Warrior NUN RUN on May 7.
The Nun Run is a ‘24hr’ virtual relay for the Warrior Nun fandom to commit 30 minutes of time to go outside to run, walk, wheel, swim, or whatever you would like to do. You are encouraged to post a picture at the beginning and end of your time slot with the hashtags.
Sister Rachel @RKCSyd is organizing this event through @WarriorNunRun. When asked about the event she said the main reason for the Nun Run is to help with tags and provide “a reason for the fandom to get outside. Doing a virtual relay, just because there are people who love running and walking, and it’s more fun to do [it] together.”
Sign-up is not required but encouraged.
