The OCS Conclave is open to anyone who wants to host an event of any kind. whether you want to organize a trivia contest, a watch party, a fan art showcase, a cosplay tutorial, or anything else, we welcome your ideas and enthusiasm! To apply to host an event, please fill out the form below. depending on the demand for applications from specific time zones or countries, we might not be able to accept everyone, but we will do our best to accommodate as many events as possible.
Our mission: to bring together fans from around the world and have online meet-up events over all time zones. this way, you can attend events that are convenient and appeal to you, while also getting to meet other fans who share your passion for warrior nun.

What is the OCS Conclave?
Online gathering of Halo Bearers around the world for a 12-hour event celebrating all things Warrior Nun.
How does it work?
There will be one main room for large events and interviews. Then for smaller events, they will be in “break-out rooms”.
Event Sign-up
The first round of sign-ups is for people that would like to host an event or volunteer to help monitor rooms. Please submit by May 23. Our team will put together a schedule based on submissions and then release it to the fandom to sign up.
How long will the Conclave last?
This will be an event spanning as many time zones as possible for 12 hours. We have events from June 3 at 1300 GMT till June 4 at 0100 GMT*

Do I have to buy a ticket?
This is an entirely free event, our staff are all volunteers and we want to make the event as accessible as possible to all fans of Warrior Nun.
Do I have to have my camera on Zoom?
NO. Our large events will have a panel with their cameras on while participants will be muted and have no cameras, smaller rooms will have the option to turn on your camera but it is not required.
How to make use a virtual avatar with background on zoom
Will the Zoom call be recorded?
Guest interviews will be recorded and posted on the OCS Newsletter YouTube channel.
What steps would be taken to protect minors?
The larger events will have an RSVP with email registration, in order to receive the Zoom links each participant will have to sign an agreement they will not harass or record, as well as the hosts reserve the right to remove someone from an event based on language or behaviour.
One of our coordinators will be on call the whole time and can be messaged at any time during and after the event to assist in the moment as well as to process anything that might have occurred, they are trained in critical equity, anti-bias, and youth wellness.
What devices (cell, laptop etc) would work best for the OCS Conclave?
The events will be hosted through Zoom, which is supported on most devices, some features like live translation and closed captions work best on a computer but are still available on mobile devices like phones or tablets
Can I record the Zoom Call/MeetUp and post it to YouTube or other public forums?
We ask that no participants record, screen share, or photograph the events, this is for the privacy and safety of those who are participating.
How would different languages be accommodated?
The majority of the fan-hosted events will be in English. But several OCS Chapters plan to host events for their members. There will be several interviews that will have live translators based on how many volunteers we receive. Our goal is to make this as inclusive as possible.

Inscrição para o evento
A primeira rodada de inscrições é para pessoas que gostariam de comandar um evento ou ajudar a monitorar as salas. Favor se inscrever até 23 de Maio. Nossa equipe montará um cronograma baseado nas inscrições e depois publicará para que o fandom se inscreva.
Quanto tempo durará a Conclave?
Teremos um evento cobrindo o máximo de fusos horários quanto possível por 12 horas. Nós temos eventos de 3 de junho (às 13h GMT) até 4 de junho (01h GMT*)

Preciso comprar um ingresso?
Esse é um evento completamente gratuito, nossa equipe é inteiramente voluntária e nós queremos fazer o evento o mais acessível possível para todos os fãs de Warrior Nun.
Preciso estar com a minha câmera no zoom?
NÃO. Os grandes eventos terão painéis com câmeras ligadas enquanto os participantes estarão mutados e sem câmeras, salas menores terão a opção de ligar a câmera, mas não é obrigatório.
O evento do zoom será gravado?
As entrevistas com os convidados serão gravadas e postadas no canal do YouTube da OCS Newsletter.
Quais medidas serão tomadas para proteger menores de idade?
Os eventos maiores terão confirmação de presença com registro por email, para receber o link do zoom cada participante terá que assinar um termo garantindo que não irá importunar ou gravar, também, os anfitriões terão o direito de remoção de participantes do evento baseado em linguajar e comportamento.
Um de nossos coordenadores estará disponível o tempo todo e poderá ser contatado por mensagem a qualquer momento durante e depois do evento para auxiliar no momento assim como para tratar de algum ocorrido, eles são treinados em equidade crítica, imparcialidade e bem-estar de jovens.
Quais dispositivos (celular, notebook etc) é melhor para a Conclave OCS?
Os eventos serão sediados no Zoom, que é compatível com a maioria dos dispositivos. Algumas funcionalidades como a tradução ao vivo e legendas funcionam melhor em computadores/notebooks, mas também estão disponíveis em aparelhos como celulares e tablets.
Posso gravar a reunião/encontro do Zoom e postar no YouTube ou outras plataformas públicas?
Para a privacidade e segurança de todos os participantes, nós pedimos que nenhum participante grave, compartilhe tela ou fotografe os eventos

¿Qué es el Cónclave OCS?
Es un encuentro online de todos los “Halo Bearers” de todas partes del mundo. Consiste en un evento de 12h para celebrar todo lo que esté relacionado con Warrior Nun.
¿Cómo funciona?
Habrá una sala principal para eventos grandes y entrevistas. Los eventos más pequeños estarán en salas independientes.
Registro para el evento
La primera ronda de registros es para la gente que quiera dirigir u organizar un evento o presentarse voluntario para ayudar en las salas. La fecha de entrega es el 23 de mayo. Nuestro equipo una vez tengan estos registros, organizará un calendario y lo presentará al fandom para que puedan apuntarse.
¿Cuánto durará el Cónclave?
Será un evento que abarcará la mayor cantidad de zonas horarias posibles durante 12 horas. Tenemos eventos desde el 3 de junio (13.00 GMT) hasta el 4 de junio (01.00 GMT).

¿Tengo que comprar entrada?
Se trata de un evento completamente gratuito, nuestro equipo está compuesto por voluntarios y queremos que sea un evento lo más accesible posible para todos los fans de Warrior Nun.
¿Tengo que encender mi cámara en Zoom?
NO. En los eventos más grandes habrá un panel con sus propias cámaras mientras que el resto de los participantes estarán silenciados y sin cámara. En los eventos pequeños habrá la opción de encender la cámara, pero tampoco será obligatorio.
¿Se grabará la llamada de Zoom?
Las entrevistas a invitados serán grabadas y subidas en el canal de youtube: OCS Newsletter.
¿Qué medidas se tomarán para proteger a los menores?
Los eventos grandes tendrán un email de registro RSVP (contestación obligatoria). Para recibir los links de Zoom cada participante deberá firmar un acuerdo de no acosar ni grabar, y además los organizadores tendrán el derecho de echar a cualquiera que no se comporte o no use un lenguaje adecuado.
Uno de nuestros coordinadores estará todo el tiempo en la llamada y podrá recibir cualquier mensaje durante y después del evento para ayudar en cualquier momento, así como también solucionar cualquier cosa que pueda haber pasado. Están preparados para ejercer equidad crítica, sin prejuicios y enfocados en el bienestar juvenil.
¿Qué aparatos (teléfono, ordenador portátil etc) debería usar para el Cónclave OCS?
Los eventos serán vía Zoom, el cual puede ser utilizado desde casi cualquier aparato, aunque algunas de las características tales como: traducción en vivo, y subtítulos funcionan mejor en el ordenador (computador) pero están disponibles de todas formas en teléfonos y tablets.
¿Puedo grabar la reunión de Zoom y subirla a Youtube u otras plataformas online?
Pedimos a todos los participantes que no graben, hagan capturas de pantalla o fotografíen los eventos. Esto es por la privacidad y seguridad de todos los participantes.
¿Cómo se gestionarán los diferentes idiomas?

Come funziona?
Ci sarà una stanza principale per i grandi eventi e le interviste. Gli eventi più piccoli si terranno in stanze secondarie.
Iscrizione all’evento
Il primo giro di iscrizioni è per le persone che vorrebbero ospitare un evento o offrirsi volontarie per aiutare a monitorare le stanze. Per favore iscriversi entro il 23 maggio. Il nostro team metterà insieme un programma in base alle adesioni e poi lo presenterà al fandom per le iscrizioni.
Quanto durerà il Conclave?

Devo acquistare un biglietto?
Si tratta di un evento completamente gratuito, il nostro staff è composto da volontari e vogliamo rendere l'evento il più accessibile possibile a tutti i fan di Warrior Nun.
Devo avere la mia videocamera accesa su zoom?
NO. Nei nostri eventi più grandi ci sarà uno spazio con le telecamere accese, mentre i partecipanti saranno silenziati e senza telecamere; nelle stanze più piccole ci sarà la possibilità di accendere la telecamera, ma non è obbligatorio.
La zoom call sarà registrata?
Le interviste agli ospiti saranno registrate e pubblicate sul canale YouTube della OCS Newsletter.
Come si terrà conto delle diverse lingue?
La maggior parte degli eventi sarà in inglese. Ma diversi piani dell’ OCS hanno in programma di ospitare eventi per i loro membri. Ci saranno diverse interviste con traduttori live in base a quanti volontari ne prenderanno parte. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di rendere il tutto il più inclusivo possibile.
Quali misure saranno prese per proteggere i minori?
Gli eventi più grandi avranno un RSVP con registrazione via e-mail, per ricevere i link di zoom ogni partecipante dovrà firmare un accordo in cui dichiara che non darà fastidio o registrerà, così come gli host si riservano il diritto di rimuovere qualcuno da un evento in base al linguaggio o comportamento.
Uno dei nostri coordinatori sarà sempre disponibile e potrà ricevere messaggi in qualsiasi momento durante e dopo l'evento per assistere in quel momento e per gestire qualsiasi cosa possa essersi verificata, sono addestrati in equità critica, anti-pregiudizio, e benessere giovanile.
Quali dispositivi (cellulari, laptop, ecc.) funzionerebbero meglio per il Conclave OCS?
Gli eventi saranno ospitati tramite Zoom, che è supportato sulla maggior parte dei dispositivi, alcune funzionalità come la traduzione dal vivo e i sottotitoli funzionano meglio su un computer ma sono comunque disponibili su dispositivi mobili come telefoni o tablet.
Posso registrare la Zoom Call/MeetUp e pubblicarla su YouTube o altri forum pubblici?
Chiediamo che nessun partecipante registri, condivida lo schermo o fotografi gli eventi, questo è per la privacy e la sicurezza di coloro che partecipano.
